A revolution, that`s how the “Nature Boys”, based in Japan call their replacement spool system for Spinning reels. Well known for decades by the flyfishermen, this system will be new for jig-, popper- and stickbait angler. Instead of travelling and fishing with heavy and expensive replacement spools they can use only one spool with replacement bobbins. Just open the head of the spool, exchange the bobbin with the line you want, fix the head again and get ready to fish! So you can use one spool to attack the bigger ones in the morning on the reef and in the afternoon a thinner line for catching the ones in the flats. All spools can be cleaned with freshwater after fishing very fast and easy. The capacity of the color coded bobbins is: PE5 – 400 m, PE6 – 300m, PE8 -250 m. The Clou: Some “Nature Boys” are cheaper than the original spool!
